The studio will be CLOSED on the following holidays.

*Tuition has been prorated throughout the year and takes into account studio closing dates due to school vacation holidays. Tuition remains the same for all months.

Enrollment: Registration for classes and companies at Project Move can be completed at the front desk during studio hours. Registration can also be made online via the link found on our Fall Schedule page. A non-refundable registration fee of $30 must be paid and registration form filled out to reserve your child's spot in class
Tuition: Tuition is due by the 10th of each month with a late fee of $15 if paid after that date. Monthly tuition covers weekly scheduled class and instruction. Tuition has been prorated throughout the year and takes into account studio closing dates due to school vacation holidays. The final date to withdraw/drop out from dance/tumbling classes, for any reason, is Feb. 28, 2023. After this date, you will be responsible for paying tuition through May. If you choose to withdraw your child from a class, you will be responsible for all classes attended prior to your child's removal from class. Company fees will be announced with as much advanced notice as possible.
Costumes: Costumes are used for Christmas and Spring Recitals. Costume fees are due in October. Project Move is required to pay for costumes when they are ordered, dancers are expected to pay for their costumes upfront. Costumes will not be distributed unless all costume and tuition fees are paid. Costumes are approx $65 and include tights.
Recitals: Students will perform in a Christmas and Spring Recital. For each recital there is a $25 fee per student or $35 fee for family with multiple students. This fee helps cover the cost of facility rental, sound, music, lighting, and insurance. There are no tickets sold to our performances, please feel free to invite as many people as you want.
What to Wear and Bring to Class: For all classes, hair should be worn up and secured.
*Ballet: black leotard, tights, pink ballet shoes
*Jazz, Tumbling and Technique Classes: Students should wear fitted dance clothing with appropriate shoes for the class. Depending on the class type you may be required to dance barefoot, use footundeez, or have a required jazz shoe
*Hip Hop: Students should wear a supportive tennis shoe with dance appropriate clothing such as a t-shirt, tank top, athletic shorts, leggings or sweats.
Private Lessons, Solos,Duos, Trios: Many of our teachers offer private lessons as well as choreography for solos, duets and trios. If you are interested in expanding your student's skills in any of these areas, talk to the studio director.
Studio Rental: Private studio rentals are available for small groups, solos, duos, trios and extra rehearsal time. Please contact studio for rental rates and reservations.
Photos: Class photos will be taken in April. Purchasing of photos is optional.
Arrival & Pick Up Time: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before a scheduled class or rehearsal begins. In addition, children must be picked up no later than 10 minutes after a class ends.
Holidays: We follow the traditional school Davis School District calendar. When Davis Schools are not in session, we are closed for classes and rehearsals.
Sick: We love your kids, but we don't love their germs. If your child is feeling under the weather and could be contagious, please take the day off and stay home. All classes can be made up.
Communication: All communication from Project Move for students will be delivered via email. We will use the email address and phone number provided on your registration form unless otherwise noted. Please notify the studio immediately should your contact information change. Up to date information will be posted on the studio website, Instagram and Facebook.
